Order
Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, we offer cash on delivery (for Lebanon ONLY).
Our team aims to pack and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us for assistance. In case of out-of-stock items, we'll wait until they are available before shipping your order, with already reserved items being held until the restock.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Please note that shipping taxes and duties may vary based on the destination country, and any associated duties are the responsibility of the customer. For further details, please click here.
For international orders, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please write it here to be able to find your order’s status.
Yes, you can return your order after 7 days of receiving your item. You have to verify that the items are in the same quality condition as when received and include all original packaging materials. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping and duties costs and available for 1 year. Customized jewelry, based on specific requests, cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
Modify:
Orders can be modified if they have not been shipped yet by promptly emailing hi@anyasayad.com with the required changes and referencing the order number. If the order has already been shipped, modifications are not possible. We reserve the right to reject modifications if they are not feasible.
Cancel:
Orders can be canceled within a 24-hour window. After this timeframe, cancellations are not possible.
If you received an order confirmation number at the end of the payment process, your order was successfully received. However, if you haven't received a confirmation email, it may have been filtered into your spam folder or an incorrect email address was provided. Product Care
Despite daily wear, our jewelry requires no more attention than typical gold pieces. However, it's important to be mindful of regular use and exposure to external elements such as atmospheric conditions, cosmetics, humidity, and perspiration, as these factors can affect the surface luster of gold and the brilliance of gemstones and diamonds.
As a best practice, after each use, we recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, individually placed in the pouches provided, away from heat sources, and protected from potential harmful agents in the environment.
