Shipping Information:

We collaborate with DHL, to ensure the secure and prompt delivery of your orders. We provide both International and Local Shipping options. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, order size, and chosen shipping method. You can review the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Shipping Time:

Dispatch Time:

Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Anya Sayad Jewelry has no control over customs and import taxes. If duties and taxes are refused upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Anya Sayad Jewelry at the customer's expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Cancellations:
